Return & Exchange Policy – Petrol

At Petrol, every piece of jewelry is made especially for you. Even when the design is not personalized, each item is created per order and not taken from pre‑made stock. We aim to be flexible and supportive while also respecting the time, craftsmanship, and materials invested in each piece.

1. Custom-Made Jewelry (letters, colors, special sizes, personalized designs)

Custom-made items cannot be refunded once work has begun.

We do offer:

• Free adjustments or corrections within 14 days

• Design changes for a small additional fee, covering the extra labor required

• Full support in case of defects – repair or replacement at no cost

2. Non-Custom Jewelry (such as beads)

Although these items are not personalized, they are still made per order.

• Returns are available within 7 days of receiving the item

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in new condition

• Refunds are issued via Bit only

3. Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change, so we offer flexible cancellation options:

• Within 12 hours of placing the order – free cancellation

• After work has begun – cancellation is possible with a fee This fee covers the labor and materials already invested (such as preparation, melting, casting, polishing, or any completed stage).

4. Defective Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo. We will repair or replace the item at no cost.

5. Material & Gold Handling

If you request changes after the piece is completed, the gold can be melted and reused. However, melting and reworking require additional labor, so modifications after completion will incur a fee based solely on the extra work required.
